About the Programme
StrengthSkap is conducting an integrated, science-based gymnastics programme for children aged 2.5 to 9 years. Unlike standard recreational classes, our curriculum is rooted in the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework and focuses on pediatric physiology, hormonal growth windows, and neurological development. We utilize a digital ecosystem for real-time performance tracking and data-driven reporting to parents.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Execute structured lesson plans for three distinct age cohorts (2.5–4y, 5–7y, and 7–9y) focused on fundamental movement skills and USAG Level 1–3 technical progressions.
Scientific Tracking: Conduct quarterly assessment of 10 key growth metrics per batch, including:
- Batch 1: Locomotor proficiency, bilateral coordination, and inversion tolerance.
- Batch 2: Flamingo Balance Test, flexed-arm hang, and agility shuttle runs.
- Batch 3: Maturity offset tracking (PHV), hand-grip dynamometer testing, and Beep tests.Reporting: Utilize our evaluation methodology to log real-time skill acquisition (Attempted/Learning/Mastered) and behavioral data during sessions.
Safety & Infrastructure: Maintain an elite safety environment and adhere to strict injury prevention protocols during peak growth velocity periods.
